I bought an oil painting online from Toperfectart.com (Noah Art & Craft Co) but when it arrived from Xiamen in China it was just a very thin layer of paint over a cheap print, in other words a fake oil painting not a real one. The owner of Noah Art & Craft Co, Tom Wong, who pretends to be a Christian to gain your trust, wouldn’t give me any refund, in fact he sold my personal details to other Chinese spammers and scammers and I got bombarded by spam scam offers. Don’t trust this seller of fake oil paintings and fake Christian Tom Wong – Noah wouldn’t want this crook on his Ark!
