Complaint Review: tophapper

tophapper I inquired about and resqueste a refund for an item that was not as described and seller who sold me the item from site when I emailed her, she never responded. Then tophatter open up a case but, they never helped me resolve, the only they did was close my account. Wow, that says alot about their customer service, HORRIBLE... Palo Alto California

I placed an order  for a waist clincher and the product the seller told me was not as describe in my case. I contacted the seller asking for a refund or a different item. And, she never responsed to any emai I sent after I recived the item, and tophatter open up a case for the order but they did nothing to help me get a refund. The only thign they did was close my acocunt. I tired loggin in with my email and password and I got a message saying wrong combiantion email and password, not mena you I did not change either. On word to desribe this compnay customer service HORRIBLE.
