TopImpressionists.com Very Bad Quality Painting Internet
I ordered a Monet reproduction from topimpressionists.com and was shocked at the appalling bad quality when I finally after 4 months received it. I asked for a refund but the arrogant French owner told me that I knew about art and that there would be no refund.
