I saw an add on facebook lumitak tacticyl led flash light rechargable batterys and charger. I bought it online via paypal.
12/5/14 it got here 12/18/14 in a paded paper bag via US Mail. no instructions warranty or parts list. I contacted them vie e-mail respond to a shipping comfermation. Said the flash light does not work. At $64.00 I expected it to work vary well.The battery chager is for 2 3.7 volt batterys it does not stop charging so the batterys could explod. I told them all this and I expect a full refund. I called paypall and filed a complant with them. I have been an Electrician from 1978. I have had no response.
