Topline Driving School Bait and switch crooks. Toronto Ontario
I had taken classes from Topline Driving School They were not that informative and the instructor/owner Rajiv was always late.
Towards the end of my classes I contracted to use Rajiv's car for my final driving test for $100 for which Rajiv agreed.
A few days before my exam he informs me that since he did not have enough students that he would now be charging me $250. I told him that this was unacceptable and proceeded to contract a vehicle somewhere else.
On the day of my exam, I found out that Rajiv, the Topline owner/instructor had cancelled my driving test without my consent. Rajiv used the information I provided to him and his company to manipulate my records with the ministry. (He is a dishonest person and I don't know why anyone would trust him or his company.)
After calling him about it, he told me it was my fault for not accepting his offer. I told him that what he was doing was a bait and switch and he should be ashamed of how he does his business. Do not trust Topline Driving School. Stay away from Rajiv. He will not teach you well and he is a crook.
