toplinepowersports.com and it's parent compay, Frontier Imports have ripped me off for $2017.99 for a scooter I purchased on 24 Aug 2009. Doug is the salesman and is also the only person you can talk to on the phone. He won't answer any questions about shipping and when I requested a refund the money never arrived.
Now the site appears to have folded and the phone numbers are no longer working.
No one should purchase anything from these people.
