Complaint Review: Topplace.co Top place.co

Chris Barrett first came into my store to offer his services in virtual tour. He said that he was with Google and he was working the area to find more clients to help their businesses. I told him that I was interested, and we set a time to work a virtual tour out. I had also told him that I am in the need for a website and I have been speaking with many people about building my website, he told me that he is a website designer and canned design a site for my business. He told me his fees and everything that he will do for those fees. Sometime later after working and building the site, I started to see red flags, not following through, not putting the information into the site that I had requested, and just avoiding my calls.

He would eventually call and speak his way through, saying this and that, and just basically avoiding the question and getting the question lost with all the mumbo-jumbo that he is saying. I have been asked to have control of my website, and he said that would be no problem, he would help me and trained me to understand how to use the program, that was awful to be included in the $2000 that I gave him.he didn't help me, he charge me another charge and still has not helped me with understanding the program. Chris Barrett is a scam artist or just a real bad business man. This company has no follow-through, they're easy way out is to send a letter saying that they are through with you and will no longer do business with you. I still have an unfinished website and still looking for SCO work to be done on my site, that Chris Barrett was to do but, did not!
