I ordered a Chuwi SurBook- 2-in-1 Intel PC Tablet with Free Shipping using my credit card, but received no confirmation like Order Number, Receipt Number, or delivery details/date. I then completed the ‘Contact Us’ email text box asking why I had received no quatitative confirmation, other than a “Congratulations on your successful payment”, but received no acknowledgement that my email had even been sent, let alone received. It is clearly a scam operation.
