Hi all this is just a short letter to tell you all about my TOPSLOTSnTRAINS

On 16/03/2009 they claim to have send my parcell to South Africa with a tracking number,as soon as i got the tracking number i go to track and trace and it says:Your item, posted on 16/03/09 with reference RJ***********GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in SOUTH AFRICA.A few week's later i e mail Darren to ask,well where is my stuff,and he re send me the same messege that the track and trace website give me !!

YES BUT THE MAN I SO STUPID,it's been handed offer for delivery in SA"" BUT IT"S NOT DELIVERD HERE YET"" if it was deliverd it would say something like""on 15/06/2015 the parcell with tracking number RJ***********GB HAS (please note HAS) been deliverd in SOUTH AFRICA.
This is not the first time that this has happend with this ppl,the last time i had to pay 50% again to get my stuff,im going to report this every were i can to warn ppl about this ppl's bad bad bad internet ripoff's.And dont think the ROYLE MAIL is eany better,useless.

I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THE UK AGIAN !!!!!!

I have ordered overseas (to the USA) and received the item I ordered. I had a similar long delay with shipping and was concerned by the previous author's report that perhaps there was a scam involved. However, there was not. The item was posted on Nov 17 and arrived Dec 22 -- that is, it took 5 weeks! I was also in contact with Darren who provided a tracking number. The pacakage was sent AirSure which is supposed to be a faster service, but I think bad weather and customs contributed to the long delay. Top Slots n Trains is reputable, but I suggest asking them to use UPS or FedEx if speed and accurate tracking information matters. I would have paid more for more reliable service. Also, I didn't get the tracking number until I wrote a personal email. I think the web ordering could be improved to add that information automatically via email.

Regarding the tracking information available via RoyalMail, I noticed that it did not reflect the most recent information available on the American USPS website once the package was moving in the states. (The same number RJ*******GB works world-wide for tracking so you have to check UK and the destination country's postal system.) Furthermore, call the American postoffice and giving them the tracking number provided more information than available online. These are some lessons learned.
