Topticketshop.com No tickets delivered, no refund made, no answers! Barcelona Other
I ordered three tickets for a football match Chelsea vs Manchester and paid 1227 GBP. We came to the hotel in London one day before the even and found that no tickets were delivered to the specified address. I tried to contact topticketshop for the next 10 hours but did not manage to get through the answering machine. They also did not answer my mails.
I finally reached them by phone 4 hours before the game and they promised me to deliver the tickets by courier to the gates of Stamford Bridge. We have been waiting there for 2 hours and finally got nothing. I tried to contact them by telephone, fax and e-mail. They have never answered my claim. I am trying to get the refund now but so far they have not answered any of my claims. I will report it to the Police station now and end up in a court with them if necessary.
