Complaint Review: topvec.com

After a purchase I've waited and waited and nothing happened. Got in touch with them they said "it will take few business days" and nothing happened at all.

After I've requested my  money back on a daily basis they keep saying things like:

- "Your refund will be ready in few hours"
- "Sorry for the inconvenience your refund will be ready in few business days"

and this continues like that every day for 2 months already.

I've done some research and was able to find the following related scam / fraud websites owned by the same guy/company:
