Spent $41 to get in game gil for FFXIV. The rep said the gold was in stock and would only take 15 mins to get. After 2 hours I retried the site to which the same rep responded that I would get the gold and even verified by phone my information. After waiting again and contacting them with the same old song and dance about how they will have the gold soon I put in a dispute with Paypal. They then explained that they would give me the gold or a refund if I would take down my dispute. I kept the dispute but Paypal will not honor intangible goods. So to this day I have gotten neither gold nor my money back. The rep will say repeatedly that she is waiting for her boss to come in to resolve the issue but it never happens!!!
