Complaint Review: Toriumi

This was second rhinoplasty, it was supposed to be with the "best" revision/reconstruction specialist. My total cost for the "unforgettable experience" was close to $27K and I woke up with a shapeless pile of rib grafts inside my nose. My natural caudal septal cartilage was removed and replaced by a rib graft the size of a cracker. One nostril was higher. It turns out I received a total of 7 different rib grafts, a nose hard as a rock and an over projected tip. My right nostril has a misplaced grafts that causes permanent swelling on the inside, which obstructs my breathing. 2 years later my nose is still crooked, hard as a rock and still have obstructed breathing.
The entire cost was paid by me as I was told this is a "cosmetic" procedure, but my surgical report lists everything done to my nose as "functional improvements".
