Complaint Review: Torn City

    Torn sells online gaming service; however, this service can be (and often is) denied by more established players wishing to bully and drive new players away.  

     When requesting help, there is nothing that they are willing to do.  If another player decides to use loopholes built into the game to deny your ability to participate - it is perfectly acceptable.  A player can spend $5 (USD) per month or upto $49 (USD) annually and the company cannot and will not assure ability to play the game. 

       Torn culture treats the complaint as more of a reason to further deny access by the senior players and a "pile on" type of condition then exists.  The group attacks create a condition which is totally disallowing a player game time. 

      Personally, I have lost only $5 to the game because you can convert to a free player; however, no game time allowed either way.  Since there is nothing to prevent the new player attack in the future - it makes no sense to at all.   

      Torn gladly takes your money and does nothing to assure your capability to play the online game.   Taking money for services not provided is fraud.
