Complaint Review: Tornado Office Supplies

I received a phone call early in a morning, the lady introduced herself and said that she spoke with my boss about office supplies before, and as I the only person who is doing the office supplies ordering, we could go through all the prices and quantities to order the suppliea. The prices were realy nice, but I did not receive the invoice yet to be sure that the prices were correct.

I got all the staff and I am still shocked - there are so many supplies and absolutly different brand names we need. I called them 10 times, left them a message, nobody called me back. I don't know what to do with all that staff. I can pay for all of these from my pocket.
