Complaint Review: TORNADO OFFICE SYSTEMS

Do not order anything from this company! When I received the bill for the shipment they sent me, I found that the person who called me had totally misrepresented the prices for each and every item. I couldn't believe they were trying to charge me 69 cents for each individual small binder clip (which totals $99.36) when I can purchase these through a major office supply retailer for $6.29 for all 144 clips.

I called the number for Tornado Office Systems and told the woman the smokers voice that I was not going to pay their bill, had filed a ripoff report, called the Better Business Bureau and was consulting with our attorney. She told me someone would call be back and a man did call back withing the hour. I told him I was not going to pay for this and if he wanted his merchandise back he could send me a return shipping label.

I will update this if and when I receive the shipping label.
