Complaint Review: toronto movers

Toronto movers/the toronto movers who advertise heavily on kijiji are scam artist!!!

They will tell you all lies when you call to book them and then when they arrive they will tell you something different.

They claim to be $50/hr but will tell you upon arrival they are $50 per movers, which ends up being $100/hr. Thirty minutes into your move they will stop and tell you they are close to one hour in so you have to pay an additional $113 for an additional hour because you wont have enough time. This is after you just paid $250 upfront for the first 2 hours which they have not yet even completed.

They will move really slow and will be on their phones. Your furniture will not be handled with care. 

We ordered a big truck which they stated they had for larger moves but ended up sending out a small truck which couldnt fit half our furniture. Once you arrive they will unload then make sure no one is around then disappear before their completed time. We called them to get no answer at all and had to move our couches, bed, matresses, dressers etc ourselves. So what the hell did we pay for!!!! and shouldnt you tell your customers you will be leaving soon, not just vanish!

We had to use another phone to get in touch with the manager. He was completey rude and told us they did not leave early when we told him they did. Then turned around and told us we were rude so they were not gunna complete our time. WE PAID MONEY, HOW DARE YOU SAY YOU ARE NOT GOING TO COMPLETE OUR TIME! We told him about their poor service and customer service to have him hang up on us and ignore our calls.

This was the worst service I have ever had in my life! No one deserves to be treated the way they treated us. We were in complete disbelief to the service we recieved. We paid for shitty service! and didnt even get a receipt for the upfront cash they harrassed us for. 

Please beware of this company!!! They are SCAMMERS!!!
