Do not buy pups from Carlos or Torres Dobermans from Kenosha Wi. I purchased a pup in October 2016. He was 2 hours late for our arranged meeting time (which I paid him 100 dollars to drive closer my way). He did not send the food with the pup or any vet records or health guarantees that he said he would bring in our conversations ( oh I forgot. I will mail them to you). He has failed to send those documents including the AKC papers that he said he would send. The pup was not bathed and no food . 730 pm pick up and the pup had not been fed.
