Complaint Review: Torres Home Appliances and More

Torres Home Appliances and More Abraham, Jesus, Marisela, Oliveras Sells appliances with serial numbers and barcodes removed at a discount. Business is run by an owner who does not take responsibility with past customers and faulty appliances. He also does not have any type of accounting resource for receipts. Which means he most likely is not a tax compliant company. Santa Ana Internet

Abraham Torres openly admits to selling new appliances with serial numbers and barcode removed. There was a discrepancy with his delivery service receiving a check and not furnishing a receipt.  He then used another receipt as evidence for 90 day warranty expiration. 

We then sent text messages and emails regarding our situation, he replied with no regard to our company. Abraham is the owner of the company, although he lied to our business owner on the phone, stating we was only a manager.  He uses his personal cell phone for interactions and does not have proper business office accounting or service.

After strenuous, complaints were made, he made an agreement to our office, to send a repair man out to check the appliance. There was a no call, no show by repair service, breaking his customer service word.

In regards to social media, he coerces customers to leave a "good rating" and he will comply with the dispute. Abraham has a YELP account with numerous fraud accusations, which can be read on the YELP, and Google ratings, proving this is not a personal accusation.
