Complaint Review: Toshiba Canada

Toshiba Canada Not ready to explain about technical Glitch that happened, and hence my order Markham Ontario

I visited Toshiba's canada website on November 4, in order to buy a laptop. When I visited the consumer promotions section, I saw a laptop for $0 and ordered it along with a bag. The order was confirmed and recieved a confirmation email. However today the status of the order is cancelled in the website, and when I spoke with a customer care executive, he told me it was a glitch and asked me to do the order once again. The person is not ready to accept the company's mistake and at last he told " I can't talk anymore with you Sir, please do whatever you plan to do". Also I have all the screen shots for the process I have done.
