TOSHIBA REFUSES TO HONOR WARRANTY
I purchased a $1300.00 Toshiba from Best Buy. Within 3 months the motherboard failed. Best buy claimed no responsibility and sent me to a Toshiba certified repair station. They replaced the motherboard, then tried to charge me $537.00 for the repair. Then the screan failed and Toshiba absolutely refused to honor the warranty. They wanted another $800.00 to replace the screen. My advice is avoid Best Buy AND Toshiba.
