Complaint Review: Toshiba

Toshiba Paid Over $800 for A Toshiba Laptop. Received it Broken and they want me to pay more money to get it fixed. Nationwide

I went to Best Buy to purchase a new computer.  About 8 days after receiving this laptop i noticed that the computer wasnt lasting as long as it should on battery.  So i decided i had enough i was going to call toshiba and ask for some help.  After about an hour to an hour and a half of waiting on hold i finally got a hold of someone from god knows where and i explained my issue i was having and he said i was going to have to send the computer in for repair or return/exchange it at the place of purchase. 

 

So i took it back to Best Buy and i exchanged it.  I broght the new computer and lord behold we have another problem.  Once i was able to access the Start Menu in windows 8 i tried to run the recovery media creator and i get an error message.  The program cant start because TRMCLcherRes.dll is missing from your computer.  Try re-installing the program to fix this problem.

 

I then got of the Phone RIGHT AWAY and called toshiba again.  I talked with a tech support specialist and he said i was going to have to call this certain number and it the plus service help.  So i did come to find out its going to cost money in order to receive any help what so ever. They wont even explain what they wanna do intill you give them your credit card number,  CAN ANYONE SAY RIP OFF.

 

i just spent over $800 on a new laptop and now i have to Pay more money to get it to work the way its suppose to fresh out of the box.  BULL S***
