Toshiba Rip off on Toshiba Satellite, over heated from day one, refusal by Toshiba to repair or refund Irvine California

I have owned a toshiba satellite for 6 month, from day one the laptop would over heat after 5 to 10 min. and shut down. I have made 72, yes thats right 72 phone calls to Toshiba. toshiba doesn't care. I told them that the battery also heats up and I was affraid it would explode like I have heard on tv. Michelle, Toshiba supervisor laughed and told me, that is what home owners insurance is for. I have spent 1800 on a computer that has never worked over 10 min.

Toshiba knows about the over heating problem with this model, yet they don't care and will not help in any way.

Don't waist good money, don't buy from Toshiba!!

Maybe we can come up with something. I do have a good attorney, I've just been waiting on Toshiba before i spend money on an attorney. I think now is the time!
