Complaint Review: Toshiba

Appalling support from Toshiba. Like hordes of others, my Mode Dial has fallen off. Toshiba keeps telling me to buy the part from one of their authorized reps, who in turn are telling me that the part is no longer available, Toshiba no longer supporting this product. Classic Catch-22 situation. After less than 2 years!!!!!!? This is a simple mechanical part that should not ever fail.

Problems
I'm another of the many victims of Mode Dial falling off. The support from Toshiba has been absolutely appalling. With so many people worldwide with the same camera suffering the same failure, Toshiba has on their hands the potential for a class action lawsuit
