Toshiba Toshiba Fulfillment Center Stringing Me Along - No Rebate Nationwide

 I purchased a Toshiba laptop in July, 2015. I promptly mailed my rebate request for $50, on July 21st, 2015. I have made multiple calls to the fulfillment center, only to be told each time that I needed to call back in approx 6 days. I have done exactly that, only to be given the runaround. Last week when I called, I was told that they ran out of rebate cards because the response was so great. He confessed to me that they just are very behind. He said they do have the rebate cards to mail but they are having lag time. I seriously doubt if I will ever see my rebate, but if that's not bad enough the new laptop I purchased had a spontaneous fracture of the left hinge. I have sent it back twice and still do not have my laptop. This is my first customer experience with Toshiba, and it absolutely will be my last.
