Toshiba Toshiba laptop comes with one year 'tech support' warranty. 'tech reps' can't speak english New York, New York

We just purchased a Toshiba laptop L455D about 3 months ago.  We started having problems with it around 6 weeks ago.

when you call for tech support, the reps. don't speak understandable english.  when we asked to speak with someone who can understand and speak proper english, they hang up on you.

There so-called corporate offices in New York appear to be just an answering service. There appears to be 'no one home there'.

With no one to go to for help at Toshiba, we are now forced to pay for repair service and tech support which can run up to $90 an hour.
