I purchased a Camileo X100 HD camcorder, the item was defective so I called Toshiba, received and RMA number to return the item, the item was received by Toshiba on the 21st of September, according to TOshiba's website refunds are issued 48 hours after items are returned, okay 2 weeks later no refund I get excuses from this company everytime I call, I feel they thing I will just forget about the $309.77 I spent but I wont

I want my money back and I am a step away from filing a claim in small claims court

I have proof of purchase and that the item has been returned
