I agreed to accepting the credit card offered especially since they told me it would get here by Christmas. I waited a month and called Total Benefits. I asked for my agent Marie Pererra, ID # 1703. The guy on the phone said she was at another station, what could he do.

Giving him my tracking number 1005245 he assured it would be here soon. I called again, he excused Marie's absence, when I asked for a manager, guess what? It was him! Again it should be here any day.

It has since been 4 months! Now that I've read the other Rip-Off reports I'm ready to get my $198.50 back and hopefully warn others about these jerks. I've learned my lesson!
