I did use the phone number found by Laurie in Mi. 800-903-3002 and I did get through after 25 minutes on hold. ADAM took my name, address and last 4 of my credit card and said there would be an email cancelling my order, But, it has been over an hour and NO email so we'll see if anything has been done by this evening.
The 866-320-0038 IS a bogus number. The first time you call you get put on hold, and after about 7 minutes on hold their computer hangs up on you (probably after it has checked to verify your phone number is in the computer as a customer). When you call back, their computer answers that "all circuts are buisy" and hangs up on you again. When I called back today their computer answers that "that phone number has not been assigned" and hangs up on you again.

I finally did get an email confirming my order cancelation so the 800 number listed below Does Work. You just have to wait 25-20 minutes on hold.
