Complaint Review: TOTAL CLEANSE - GIC SHIPPING DEPT SUITE 1

TOTAL CLEANSE promoted and "FREE" sample sent if customer paid 5.95 for shipping; any unused product returned if you weren't satisfied; but customer has to call 1-866-320-0038 to get an RMA # and place this number on the outside of product being return!
I have tried for 3 days to call them and either the line is busy, no answer, or automatically disconnects. They are making unauthorized charges to my credit card. Only way to stop them is to CANCEL the credit card and get a new card from your CC issuer and that takes 7-10 business dasy, and an inconvenience to the cardholder-again!
