It takes 3-4 request just to add or delete text and when they do the work, they do one thing per week, so if there are two words to be changed, they will take one week for each change. My 8 page simple site took 5 months to complete the links are still not working. I have requested them now 4 times but they do not communicate or acknowledge. It is like banging your head against the wall. They just take your money and do not deliver. They say they will provide 9 months free hosting but they have only given me 6, things they offer in the package when you buy, you would be lucky to get half of what they are offering because they do not acknowledge anything you ask. I do not see why they should be allowed to operate in UK. They should charge reasonable amount and deliver the goods as per contract. EVERYONE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THAT IS MY ADVISE
