Complaint Review: Total Disposal

Total Disposal Partial service/Full bill charged/Service Refusal w/ no supported policy/Poor customer service skills/RUDE/LEFT most trash, No supported reasons-refused finding solutions-we were told that we should GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!...And done! Arvada Colorado

Worst company ever! Unprofessional and snarky service.

They cherry pick what they want to take and leave what they don't feel like taking. Worst thing is they remember what they didn't take and won't take it next week either.

They left dropped trash sacks in the street in front of our house after we contacted their office with our issues and started leaving the cans directly behind my car. Their ads claim they take them back up the drive way...which they use to do.

NO written policy to justify not doing what we have paid them to do. We have asked multiple times for a copy of their policies with no response. We have offered to pay more out of desperation, no response. We have had this service for three years with no problems.The last three months with them though have been awful.

If you have them, good luck if you piss them off I guess. If you are in the market for trash service or for a roll off, run the other way- there are many options for trash disposal with great reviews that can conduct business maturely and effectively communicate and problem solve with customers, go there!
