I PAID FOR THP IN ADVANCE FOR 5 YEARS.  IN THAT TIME THEY HAVE DENIED REPAIRING OVER 50% OF MY CLAIMS.  FOR EXAMPLE: AUG 2020 ARIZONA TEMPS 118 DEGREES I PUT IN AN EMERGENCY CALL TO THEM REGARDING MY AIR CONDITIONER.  THEY NEVER ASSIGNED ANYONE TO THE REPAIR.  THE SALES ASSOCIATE I CALLED SAID THAT THEY HAD UP TO 4 DAYS ON AN EMERGENCY REPAIR WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE SAID THET THEY HAD 24 HOURS.  THATS WHAT THEY TELL EVERY ONE ON A NEW REPAIR. THEY TOLD ME TO FIND SOMEONE TO FIX IT. 

THEN THEY DENIED THE REIMBURSEMENT CLAIM FOR NO PREAUTHORIZATION.  UM THATS WHAT THE CALLS WERE FOR PRIOR TO FIXING IT.  THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES.  THEY HAVE LANGUAGE THAT COVERS THEM TO WHERE THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PAY OUT CLAIMS.  

I CALLED SALES, THEY SAY I CANT CANCEL WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THE REMAINDER OF MY CONTRACT THEY TOLD ME I WOULD NOT GET A REFUND AS I HAD GOTTEN A $1000.00 WORTH OF WORK DONE. MY CONTRACT IS UP IN MAR OF 2022.  BUT THEY DO NOT PAY LEGITIMATE CLAIMS OR REPAIR ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE REPAIRED.  THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY.  I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT A LAWYER.
