Complaint Review: Total Integretel - World Web Access

Recieved Phone Bill with Seperate Charges from an Integretel, Inc. indicating charges of $9.95 plus $14.95 for Set Up Fee.

The problem, of course, is that I NEVER signed up with a company named WorldWebAccess.com, and neither did my wife. It is an E-mail Service (so they say) and I already have e-mail with my local IP. My wife also has a FREE (all the time) account with a MAJOR name on the web.

I called the 800 #, specified here-in, and worked it out so that the charges will be dropped from my next billing and a "block" of some sort is now in place, prohibiting this happening again.

It seems Integretel is a "go-between" for businesses. They handle the accounts for several of them. By the way, I did mention to the gentleman on the phone that they were listed on RipOff.com. He tried to act unfazed, but, I could tell he was slightly irritated by it. None-the-less, seemed very helpful and quickly moved on from me to handle the next caller.

ANYONE having a problem with them should just get on the phone and stay there until you speak to someone IN PERSON. Remain calm but stern, as you DO mean business, but just flipping out won't help anything.

Hope this is a help and even some encouragement. IT DOES SUCK! Being RIPPED OFF!
