Gabe does not represent Total Merchant Services very well. They do have anagreement with no termination fee and really gabe can absorb any cancellation fee so a merchant does not have to pay to leave. I can give this merchant real horror stories about processors if he wants to personally contact me. Also, after 20 years as a rep, trainer , regional manager etc. in the merchant services business I have found TMS to be the most transparent. There are NO HIDDEN FEES the merchant must READ the AGREEMENT , ITS HIS BUSINESS. I was a retailer for 18 years and I read everything before I signed. So MR Merchant you must bear some responsibilty in this deal. My cleints know everything before I have them sign anything. The fees-all of them are on the fees page in black and white. Gabe does bear responsibility and he could just be a sub par sales rep. I'd like to meet him because he hurts my reputation. I wonder- has this complaining merchant ever gotten a complaint from one of his customers, claiming hidden costs or sub standard product?  and perhaps he did not feel the complaint was justified. Once again just because the merchant was unhappy with 'Gabe" does not mean the rest of TMS representatives are the same. He mentions being unhappy with Gabe and then blames it on the whole company. I take it personally because I have over 200 very happy clients with TMS. Lets keep the matter in perspective.
Thank you.

This report is false. We can and will waive a cancellation fee on the merchant agreement as long as the free equipment that we give to your business is returned to our corporate office.  We also send you an early cancellation waiver addendum attached in the email with the application to get started. If you present this proper documentation back to our corporate office with the returned credit card equipment that we have provided then we would be able to waive your cancellation fee.
