Complaint Review: Total Merchant Services

I have never written a ripoff report against any company, ever, but these guys are the most miserable con artists i have ever dealt with.  The sales people who sell you the services in front, are usually great people, but this company in the background is so miserable, that it is beyond words.

We had a simple dispute with one of the charges and had to speak to their customer service, and we were treated like dirt.  Our bookkeeper was in tears after dealing with them.  They are rude, they act like Gods and to call their customer service department is equal to being a masochist.  I have never been so disgusted dealing with a company.  Even the company who sold me their services told me that they could not believe how miserably they were treating us.

I have cancelled my account with them and i will never deal with them again.  But, i pray that Karma catches up to them, because what they do is just not right, it is literally inhumaine. If anyopne wants details, please email me, i have documents, emails, and tons of proof on how they were mean, unfair, and pathetic in their dealings with us.
