I noticed that my refrigerator was making noise on Wednesday, June 19,2008. I also noticed that the refrigerator was warm. I called total protect and filed a claim. They told me sears would respond on Tuesday the 24th. I explained that was not reasonable. I ws told that my claim would be sent to dispatch for another service representative and that I would be contacted within 2-4 hours. At 7:00 that evening I still had heard nothing. I spoke with another customer service representative and she said that due to the hour no representatives were available but that she would have dispatch begin making contact in the AM and they would be in touch with me. At 12:00 I contacted Total Protect and they could only tell me that dispatch would contact me. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor would be back in touch with me within 2 hours. Here it is over 24 hours later..........no service rom Total Protect everything in the refrigerator spoiled and no method to maintain cold products for meals. This is the 3rd problem I have had with this company. I was presented with this company by Washington Mutual Mortgage and encouraged to join. When I spoke with Washington Mutual their position was we only collect for them they are an independent company. Essentially I was told Washington Mutual is not concerned over my problem.
