TOTAL QUALITY LOGISTICS TQL HELD HOSTAGE BY TQL Internet
We booked a load with Joseph Hutchinson and never got payed for the negotiated rate! A "shortage" was found and noted when the the driver delivered the load and the deduction was taken from our rate. We tried several times to call Joseph Hutchinson to clarify that the items were never pick up at Midwest Air Technologies, Sparks NV how could they be delivered. He never seemed to be available to take calls, messages were left with his co-workers. Even went as far as notifying Midwest Air Technologies, of the incident who said the main man on the job was Joseph Hutchinson. The end result we got short changed in our pay end result. We hauled this load for TQL and got payed 32% of the negotiated rate. Now I understand how your TQL reviews at glassdoor.com hold up, Great company that takes care of its employees and rewards hard work by ripping off it's "prefered carriers"
Interested in knowing how many other carriers out there this has happened to. So long TQL!

Hey, youre not the only carrier this has happened to, happens all the time, ON A DAILY BASIS! TQL doesnt care about the carriers, they just want to get the most money, and could care less about the service they provide to you. They just use you. You could do 250 loads perfect, and mess 1 load up, and you would never work for them again. No ones perfect, but they like to think they are. Truckers being cussed out constantly, brokers never paying detention or layover. I feel sorry for any carrier that works with TQL. Goto CH Robinson or Landstar if youre a dry van or flatbed anything other than produce. BETTER RATES!
