Total Quality Services, Inc. is a contractor who was to honor a home warranty. It became common practice for them to schedule a service call and arrive anywhere within a 6-hour window. They would only come during the workweek thereby forcing customer to take time off from work. Upon arrival they would often report they would need to return on another day to complete the work. This would result in yet another day off from work.

On one occasion they ordered a special part, schedule the service call, arrived at the last possible moment - then reported they did not have the part after all and would need to return on a separate service call.

End result - working with this company will typically result in a 2 to 3 day loss of vacation days away from work for them to complete any given task.

Customer service. They are awful. Staff in the call center are rude and senior management is arrogant and uncaring.

Skip the home warranty and pay another contractor direct. This company will milk you through multiple service calls and then treat you badly in the process.

I reported to the BBB and they issued a false report back to BBB. They made false statements and accusations then had the nerve to cancel my warranty without any type of refund.
