Complaint Review: Total Resources - usa Membership Service - Operation Analysis

I was contacted by a rep of Total Resource and told I was chosen to receive a special promotion which included a computer and cell phone package. I was only to pay 175$ for one year of service.

They were to charge my account the following week, but I called them back after checking with BBB who had no record of them and told them i was not interested in there service or products.

They charged my account anyway but I contacted the bank and they were able to retrieve my funds this time. I thought I had solved the problem. However about three months later they got into my account again without my knowledge and were able to get money out. Since I had no knowledge of it I was unable to let the bank know.

When I did find out it was to late to stop it. I tried to contact the company and they were no longer in business.
Now I believe they are doing business again under a new name..Operations Analysis Same address, same owner.
I did contact Nevada District Attn. but nothing yet.
