Complaint Review: Total Transportation Services Inc

I am an owner operator truck driver single mother of 4 children that was leased on to TTSI of Chesapeake, VA from early 2007 to November of 2008. In April of 2008 I was at Nit, (Norfolk international terminals) waiting for my container to get loaded onto my truck where a driver called me to tell me that my name was mentioned to recruit drivers to the Owner Operator Coalition meetings, Because at the time I was very popular,known as being a hard working woman and well liked by many, The driver informed me that one of the drivers Named (Clarence Clayton) who at the time was stalking me and was very angry at me for turning his advances down(Now Deceased)called Andrew Beckerdite(manager of TTSI) and toldAndrew thatI attended the OOC meetings on Saturdays, which mind you I'm off on the weekends, As an owner operator I have no obligation to anytrucking company during my off hrs.I wascalled to the office 10 mins. after that phone call and Terminated on the spot,The reason that was given to me is that they were Downsizing. Now I was the only woman owner operator out of 77drivers and my truck was the only truckdownsized and mind you, they gave me a dispatch which proves they had no intentions of terminating me whenI came to work that day. I got an attorney and they gave me a small settlement to be quiet and not tell anyone because theyhave theTarget account and didn't wantTarget to find out, Target found out and took 40% of the contract away from them and told TTSI to mend the situation. Victor Larosa flew in from CA to intimidate me andyell at me and basically tell me "How Dare I be Smart enough to get an attorney" and was very angry about losing 40% of the contract with Target. TTSI invited me back to work and made me sign a Confidentiality Agreement and I went back to work for them where I was harassed everyday, ignored just basically black balled every step of the wayfor 6 mths, I was denied loads constantly had night loads hidden from me, I was pushed out of the company ironically because of NYK Logistics of Chesapeake, VA when I came back to work for TTSI I had to enter Nyk Logistics to drop the Target loads a young woman named (Olivia) started harassing me because of Clarence Clayton I informed Andrew Beckerdite and 3 of the Supervisors at Nyk Logistics and my attorney of the harassment no one did anything about it for almost 6 mths, It got so badOlivia would go into the building when shesaw me pulling up, I have proof of everything because I was already threatened by TTSI I have taped conversations with the supervisors/emails,phone messages etc, I covered myself.I dotted myI's and crossed all of my T's. Andrew Beckerdite set up a meeting finally on November 12, 2008 at 11 am with the supervisors of Nyk Logistics and myself and the woman named (Olivia) that was harassing me. at 1pm November 12, 2008 I was called to the office where I was toldby Andrew Beckerdite that I was terminated againandthe meeting with me was cancelled. Andrew Beckerditeterminated me again on November 12,2008 whichput them in Breach of Confidentialityagreement, They black balled me and put me through hell, and My Character and Reputation has been slained because of Big Business. On May 21, 2010, Clarence Clayton of Virginia Beach(the man/coworker thatwas stalking me and was angry at me for turning him down, SHOT his girlfriend 3 times at her job in Portsmouth, VA across from Wavy TV 10 news station killing her which at the time she was 3 mths pregnant and killed himself that following morning as the police approached the vehicle he wason the Eastorn Shore. He was the #1 man at TTSIand dead at 29 yrs old behind Jealousy. Since November 12, 2008 Ihave lost my kids, My house, my dignity, and my True Name, My income has not been the same since. TTSI and Nyk Logistics Conspired to push me out of TTSI and Covered it up. I have prayed for 2 yrs for the TRUTH to Prevail, I believe that Target Corporation was told that TTSI rectified the situation with myself, but they did not. Instead they black balled me and ruined my life. I Pray to GOD that Justice is served and the Truthwill prevailed over evil.
