Complaint Review: Total trivia

I made a account with them and won 3 items and spent $65 on my credit card. I had about 3500 tickets as well. Then all of a sudden my account doesn’t exist. I email them and they say I have no account with that email address when I just received a receipt to that email address and several past emails saying the items I won. So now I am out 3 items, $65 and several thousand tickets.

This sounds like such a scam. I sent screen shots from my email with my receipt to customer service and of course I do not hear anything back after they responded to my initial request in about 30 mins after sending one. I will be filing fraud with my credit card company.
