On May 9, 2019, I notified TotalAV.com that I did not wish to renew my subscription with them in response to an email from TotalAV.com notifying me that my subscription would be automatically renewed.  I received an email in response asking for the reason for cancellation.

I responded that I am using a different antivirus and to continue with the cancellation.  I received ANOTHER email with a link to their site to cancel the subscription, but when I went to the link, it requested the last 4 digits of the credit card that I used to purchase the subscription.

I emailed TotalAV.com again with the following:  " I do not remember these details and it's ridiculous that I'm being asked for this information.  I have requested that you cancel my subscription and that should suffice.  If you do not cancel my subscription and try to charge me for a renewal, I will report you for fraud."

Finally I received this email on May 11, 2019:

"I can confirm that your TotalAV account has been fully cancelled and no further payments will be taken. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Kind regards,
Matthew Stennett
Customer Service Representative,
TotalAV"   Big surprise!  On June 12, 2019, I received yet ANOTHER email from TotalAV.com notifying me that my antivirus has been extended and they are charging me $19.95.  I've already notified my credit card that this is a fraudulent charge, but really?  Why would a company continue to try to charge someone who has repeatedly requested their account to be canceled?
