TotalAV.com advertises virus protection for your computer for an introductory rate of $19.00 for a year. I decided to give it a try, but when I received my Visa bill I saw that they had charged me for two other products that I did not order. I now have a total of 10 email responses from their custormer service department and they keep telling me that it is too late to cancel the products that I did not order and they ignore the fact that I didn't authorize the purchases. I am fine with and intend to pay for the service that I did order, but it is outrageous that they expect me to pay for services that I do not want, did not order, and didn't authorize anyone else to order.
