Totalkicks very dishonest, false policy, shipping ripoff Internet
I see I'm not the only one that was lied to from this company. I got 2 pair of shoes from totalkicks.com, which took at least 2 months to receive them both. And both times they sent me the wrong shoes.
If you read their policy it says we do not dropship and all shoes are shipped from the usa. But if you look deeper into their policy it says all shoes are shipped from our warehouse in china or hong kong.
Now which is it? So I'm guessing that this company is not is the usa but in fact based in china or hong kong. So now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of the wrong shoes.
So I contacted the email address where payment was made from paypal and was informed that this person no longer works for this company. With this type of service neither would I. So I contacted the sales@totalkicks.com address, and was told to ship the shoes back, but at who's expense. They sent me the wrong shoes and want me to pay shipping for their mistake.
So be warned. This company will tell lies just to get your money and then disappear
