Totally Awesome Computers ripoff - software tampering (upgrade) to make computers useless, loss of money and use of computer Riverdale Utah
Took in 2 different computers for memory and speed upgrades. Unauthorized installation and billing of larger hard drive. Multiple visits to store with no results. No communication of repair authorization & cost before conducting repairs.
Told that we should buy a new computer in order to really fix the problem but also said they could fix it and only made it worse. The final result was 2 useless computers for a cost exceeding $400.00 plus an additional cost of $200.00 to have what totally awesome did rectified. Numerous inconvienent returns to store and numerous weeks of computer downtime. No customer service return calls and rude customer service reasoning and no money returned.
