totalnation auto pro, inc says you can buy a vehicle at the same price as the dealers do, but its not fully true. they can add more money into your payment even if you refuse to pay over a certain amount. my case is, i was approved from the bank $10,000 but i only want to go as much as $7,500 to keep my payments down and rebuild my credit, and both parties signed a document stating the maximum i was willing to bid on the vehicle,  and they purchased a vehicle at my price limit but they decided to still sell me the car for my full approved amount and gave me a whole bunch of excuses like bank penalties, and bank said NO, aution fees, aution didnt have any fees, that i gave the right to the broker to over bid the vehicle, which never happened, and none of them add up and the last thing they mentioned was that they had the right to change the price of the vehicle if they wanted to. that is not right and illegal and i wanted to make sure other people will be aware of this scam. i am talking to my attorney to proceed in having them honor the original agreement or cancel and recieve my deposit back.

The problem has been resolved but there was a few things that weren't explained during the first process. There is a bank fee that they add on to the price that wasn't mentioned and if you finance the vehicle they charge an addition $500 to the price that was agreed on the vehicle. These are information that needs to be addressed to the clent prior to commiting into the contract.
