Do not send your used phones to Totem (HelloTotem.com)! They advertise "payment in as little as three days" but you will never be compensated.
They do not respond to emails.
They gladly took my phone, but have refused to compensate me or send it back. My phone was a Droid, so I'm only out an expected $40. I am so glad I did not send an old iPhone.
Do not send this company your iPhone/BlackBerry/Droid! They lie! They are thieves!
The fact that they can continue to run TV commercials annoys the hell out of me. They are scammers!
