This a bogus company or defunct company! Got their name from a 9/20/2013 Huffington Post article entitled, "How to Sell Your Old IPhone". Went on-line to their HelloTotem website on 10/3/2013. Completed the information for my 4s IPhone, and got an immediate offer to purchase my phone for $220. I should have know it was too good to be true when their offer price was higher than Amazon and Gazelle. They shipped me packing box and prepaid shipping label. The shipping lable does not have a place for the sender (customer) to put their return address, so Totem now has total control of the package with FedEx and USPS. I started sending emails inquiring on the status of my order. No response to over 6 emails spread out over a few days. Tried to call the phone number listed on their order confirmation (888-224-7231), only to get a recording that says "is not a working number". FedEx is of no help on tracking delivery to Totem.
Very frustrating to be ripped off!
