I sent my brand new I 4 s in 3months ago. I was quoted before I sent it300 some dollars, after nearly a month I received a revised quote for 60 some dollars. Well I knew my phone was mint, so I asked for my device back. Well i knew it would take near a month again, becouse unlike the're false advertisement, that they ship with FED EX ( they have you drop it off at a fed ex store which is the given to rgular u s a postal workers, and you are charged a i believe 10 dollar shipping fee). Also they advertise on theyre web site shippings free.It has been now 3 months and I have only received a snotty email from one Taylor Martinez. At one point mrs Martinez asked me what I'm going to do about it. They robbed me! I well never see my device or money again. THANK YOU ABC, I believed your reports that totem was a ligitimate business, and would have typically never done anything like this if it wasn't for your support of this company. They're phone number is 18882247231 and Hellototem.com is theyre email. The phone goes to a machine and the email really only sends back autos. Don't be like me and trust totem, and be very careful on anything abc says they've checked out.
